I’m Shinade, a 22-year-old artist based in Adelaide, originally from WA. I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember, and while I started looking at art as a career path at 16, it wasn’t until 2024 that I fully committed to making art and modelling my full-time focus (with a little cleaning on the side).

 

My main passion is realism, especially pet portraits and wedding commissions — creating meaningful, lasting pieces that tell personal stories. While wedding art is where my focus is heading, I love exploring creativity in different areas too.

 

Outside of painting, I’m an animal lover with two miniature dachshunds, a snake, and some fish keeping me company. I also have ADHD, which has shaped the way I work and create, and I feel lucky to have found a path that truly excites me.

 

Although my earlier years were filled with experimentation, I’ve now found my niche in realism - and I couldn’t be more excited to continue this journey, creating beautiful and personal pieces for clients like you.
